Delete Your Account

PianoBit accounts are optional and used only for syncing practice data across devices. You can delete your account and all cloud data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open PianoBit on your Android device
Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen)
Scroll to the Cloud Sync section and make sure you are logged in
Tap Delete Account (red button)
Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog

Your account and all synced cloud data are deleted immediately. Practice data stored locally on your device is kept unless you also uninstall the app.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email us from the address you registered with:

We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Data stored locally on your own device	Kept — remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in Android settings

⚠️ Deletion cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, your previous practice history will not be recoverable.
